Minnesota, including the following counties, in south central
Minnesota, Blue Earth, Brown, Faribault, Freeborn, Le Sueur,
Martin, Nicollet, Rice, Steele, Waseca and Watonwan. In southeast
Minnesota, Goodhue. In southwest Minnesota, Redwood.

* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms should occur
this morning through this evening. This activity will have a
very good chance at producing heavy rainfall rates due to
high precipitable water values and strong lifting mechanisms.
